Didn’t have an emergency situation however with the weather turning bad in a few days my heat pump decided to give us some problems. Contacted through Facebook messenger and someone responded within a few minutes and since it wasn’t an emergency they asked I contact store in the morning. I did and Zach was at the house by 11:30 that day and located issue and tested other components to ensure there were no other issues. This time we were fortunate and it’s a simple and inexpensive fix that he repaired within a few hours. I would call this a success with dependable, responsive, quick and fair pricing. I would def contact them again if any other issues happen in the future.

So there I was…. Sitting at home on a Friday night when the temperature was getting colder than my ex-wife’s heart. I got on my phone, adjusted my thermostat and warmed up my shanty of a house. My furnace wasn't working! Boo! Luckily, Reliable Heating and Air came out to my house and quickly assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I called Air Extreme first because if you google Furnace Repair they are listed first. Anyhow, sadly, they were supposed to show up at 11 am and no one showed up or called to say they weren't coming.😞 So Reliable Heating and Air saved the day! Thank you!

Reliable Heating and Air lives up to its name. Within 2 hours of calling they were at our house, and the next day our new furnace was installed. All the snow and ice didn’t affect their service one bit. Pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend!
